What is a Credit?

Credits flex across the paid actions in your application workflow. Your plan includes a monthly Credit bundle sized to your pace, and the exact cost of any action is always shown clearly before you confirm.

Can I sign up from outside the UK?

+

Yes. NDORFlow is available worldwide. Plans are billed in GBP and Stripe handles the currency conversion automatically when your card issues a non-GBP charge — your bank handles the FX exactly as it would for any other international purchase.

What does cancel-anytime mean?

+

Cancel from Account → Plan or via the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Monthly fees are not pro-rated; annual plans follow the Refund Policy.

Where do payments go?

+

All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch NDORFlow. We store the Stripe customer ID, transaction metadata, and the receipt link — that’s it.

Do top-up Credits expire?

+

No. Top-up Credits do not expire — they stay on your account until you consume them, independent of your subscription state. Included Credits in your monthly plan reset at each renewal and do not carry over.

What happens if I run out?

Two safety nets: top up to extend the current month, or wait for the next renewal. The Service does not auto-bill you for overage.

Does Automation apply to roles for me?

+

No. NDORFlow never auto-applies. Automation runs fit analysis against your Source CV continuously and surfaces the strongest matches in a Top Opportunities feed; you still pick the CV, generate any cover letter, assemble the pack, and submit each application yourself.

What is my "Source CV"?

Your Source CV is the primary CV in your library. Assisted Review and Automation both use it as the baseline for background fit analysis. When you open a role, that fit score is already done and free to view; you only pay again if you swap in a different CV before applying.

Does Automation drain my plan?

+

Automation is metered through the Credit bundle included in your plan. The continuous loop pauses silently when your monthly bundle is exhausted — it never charges past zero.

Where does my data go?

Your CV and account data are stored in encrypted EU-region storage. We do not sell, share, or train third-party models on your data.

Do cover letters affect my fit score?

No. Cover letters strengthen presentation, but NDORFlow scores only real evidence from your CV. The cover letter is a deliverable in your application pack — never a scoring input.

Does NDORFlow help me prepare for interviews?

Yes. Once you’ve generated a tailored CV, you can generate a role-specific Interview Intelligence Pack from the same evidence chain. Do you sell my CV?

Never. Your CV is yours. You can delete it from your vault at any time and we honour the deletion across our systems.

Can I delete everything?

Yes — fully. Account deletion removes your CV, application history, ledger, and billing link. Stripe-side records are retained per applicable financial-record law (typically 6–7 years) but are not linkable to you in our app after deletion.

What’s a Credit?

A Credit is the unit that powers a paid action — analysing fit on a fresh role, generating a tailored CV, generating a cover letter. Free users get a daily Analyse-Fit allowance; paid plans include a monthly Credit bundle; top-up Credits do not expire and stay on your account until consumed.

How much does Interview Prep cost?

Interview Prep is a first-class paid action that draws 15 Credits per generation from your monthly bundle — the same bundle that covers fit analysis, CV variants, and cover letters. Focus monthly (120 Credits) and Flow monthly (250 Credits) include it; the Base plan does not. Cost is always shown before you confirm.

Is NDORFlow an ATS?

No. NDORFlow is a structured hiring decision-support layer that sits alongside your existing workflow. It is not an applicant tracking system.

Does NDORFlow auto-reject candidates?

No. NDORFlow produces structured assessments and surfaces evidence. Advance and reject decisions remain with your reviewers; the platform records the reasoning, it does not author the decision.

What is a Candidate Dossier?

A Candidate Dossier is the structured artefact a reviewer opens in NDORFlow. It holds the CV, parsed evidence, the role-specific assessment, reviewer observations, the verdict, and the operator trail. One identity, one artefact, end to end.

What is a Governance Pack?
