Structured decisions.
Defensibly recorded.
NDORFlow sits beneath your hiring workflow as a decision-record layer. Candidate Dossiers carry the evidence. Structured evaluation surfaces the reasoning. Governance Packs freeze the verdict. The decision stays with people; the record stays with the platform.
NDORFlow does not auto-apply, auto-tailor, or auto-decide. Every paid action requires explicit user intent.
One artefact. End to end.
The Dossier is the unit of work and the unit of record. It enters intake, is evaluated against the role’s framework, reviewed, possibly overridden, and — when the decision is made — frozen into a Governance Pack.
- 01
Candidate Dossier intake
Every applicant becomes a Candidate Dossier — a structured record that holds the CV, parsed evidence, the role-specific evaluation, the verdict, and the reviewer trail. One artefact, one identity, audit-ready by default.
- 02
Structured evaluation
The role’s evaluation framework — operator-calibrated, not generic — is applied to each Dossier with traceable reasoning chains. Strengths, gaps, dealbreakers and evidence quality are recorded line by line.
- 03
Reviewer alignment
Reviewers see the same structured assessment against the same framework. Reasoning is preserved alongside verdicts so two reviewers can disagree and the disagreement itself becomes part of the record.
- 04
Override doctrine
The platform never auto-decides. Every advancement, rejection, hold, or override is performed by a named operator and timestamped against the structured assessment that informed it.
- 05
Governance Pack export
When the decision is ready to defend, the Dossier’s structured assessment is frozen into an immutable Governance Pack — PDF + DOCX, cover, interpretation summary, evidence chain, dealbreakers, and verdict. The pack is the decision record. The decision is no longer renderable; it’s archived.
The decision record, frozen.
When the decision is ready to defend, the Dossier’s structured assessment is exported as a Governance Pack — PDF and DOCX, immutable from the moment of export. Cover. Governance summary. Candidate Dossier assessment. Interpretation summary. Governance recommendation. Structured evaluation chain. Verdict.
Sample artefact below is a redacted SVG render. Real packs carry full evidence chains, SHA-anchored hashes, and the operator identity that owned the decision.
What governance means here.
Defensibility over speed
Every output ties back to a specific line of evidence. A decision you can’t walk back through the record isn’t worth making.
Consistency over taste
Reviewers evaluate against the same framework. Where they disagree, their reasoning is preserved — not flattened.
Human authority retained
The platform structures, surfaces, and records reasoning. People decide. There is no auto-reject, no auto-advance, no black-box scorer.
Records that survive their authors
Governance Packs are immutable on export. Frozen evidence. Frozen reasoning. Frozen verdict. The record outlives the role, the reviewer, and the cycle.
What NDORFlow Governance is not
- · Not an ATS — we don’t track applicants; we govern decisions.
- · Not a scorer — we expose structured reasoning, not a number to defer to.
- · Not a black box — every output traces back to an evidence span.
- · Not auto-decide — operators advance, reject, override; the platform records.
What NDORFlow Governance is
- · A structured evaluation framework, calibrated per role.
- · A reviewer-alignment layer with reasoning preservation.
- · A Candidate Dossier lifecycle, intake through export.
- · An immutable decision-record artefact — the Governance Pack.
