How does founding access work?

Employer workspaces are admitted through invitation-only onboarding while NDORFlow is in controlled rollout. You can request founding access via the CTAs above; we onboard partners in cohorts and lock the founding price in your contract for the duration of the founding window.

Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan is a permanent free baseline (2 roles · 5 evaluations · 1 governance pack · 3 signals per month) for admitted founding workspaces. There is no time-limited trial of paid plans — when a founding workspace is ready to scale, it moves directly to Professional or Business at the founding price.

What happens when we hit a cap?

At cap on any plan, the workspace can upgrade to the next tier or wait until the next monthly reset. NDORFlow does not allow overage on any plan: no surprise charges, no deferred billing, no auto-purchased top-ups on the employer side. The Governance Pack export and evaluation pipeline simply hold until the reset.

Are evaluations and governance packs the same thing?

No. An evaluation is the structured assessment NDORFlow runs against a Candidate Dossier for a specific role. A Governance Pack is the immutable, SHA-anchored decision record that an evaluation can be frozen into for export (PDF + DOCX). Caps for each are listed separately on every plan card.

What is a Candidate Dossier?

A Candidate Dossier is the structured artefact a reviewer opens in NDORFlow. It holds the CV, parsed evidence, the role-specific assessment, reviewer observations, the verdict, and the operator trail. One identity, one artefact, end to end. See the Governance page for the doctrine in full.

Can we cancel or downgrade?

+

Yes — from the Account / Billing panel inside the workspace, or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the workspace remains on its current cap until then, then downgrades to Starter. Annual plans follow the Refund Policy.
