We keep support deliberately simple. Email is the canonical channel — every reply lands on record, and you'll always reach a real person.

How to contact us

Email support@ndor.app. That single inbox covers:

• Account and sign-in issues
• Billing, refunds, and Stripe Customer Portal access
• Candidate-side product questions (CV upload, Analyse Fit, application packs)
• Bug reports
• Security disclosures (please mark "Security" in the subject)
• Press, partnership, and ATS-integration enquiries
• Employer waitlist (subject: "NDORFlow Employer Waitlist")

Response times

• Standard support: within 2 business days.
• Billing issues: acknowledgement within 2 business days; resolution within 10 business days.
• Security disclosures: initial response within 1 business day where possible.
• Press / partnerships: response within 5 business days.

What we cover

• Anything that goes wrong on a paid action — we'll investigate and credit your account if a charge was raised in error.
• Anything you can't fix from within Account > Plan or the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Data-rights requests under UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability) — see Privacy Policy § 9.

What we don't do

• We do not auto-submit applications on your behalf, and we cannot intervene in a hiring company's process.
• We don't provide career counselling or guarantee employment outcomes — see Terms § 6.
• We don't make decisions for you on AI output. Every output is yours to review, edit, and reject.

Self-service

• Cancel a subscription: Account → Plan, or via the Stripe Customer Portal link in app.ndorflow.app/credits.
• Buy a top-up: app.ndorflow.app/credits → Add Credits.
• See your billing history: Account → Plan → Billing history (Stripe Customer Portal).
• Delete your account: Account → Plan → Close account.
