Where does my data go?

Your CV and account data are stored in encrypted EU-region storage. We do not sell, share, or train third-party models on your data.
Do cover letters affect my fit score?

No. Cover letters strengthen presentation, but NDORFlow scores only real evidence from your CV. The cover letter is a deliverable in your application pack — never a scoring input.
Do you sell my CV?

Never. Your CV is yours. You can delete it from your vault at any time and we honour the deletion across our systems.
Can I delete everything?

Yes — fully. Account deletion removes your CV, application history, ledger, and billing link. Stripe-side records are retained per applicable financial-record law (typically 6–7 years) but are not linkable to you in our app after deletion.

What’s a Credit?

A Credit is the unit that powers a paid action — analysing fit on a fresh role, generating a tailored CV, generating a cover letter. Free users get a daily Analyse-Fit allowance; paid plans include a monthly Credit bundle; top-up Credits roll over for 90 days from purchase.
